Town have named a squad of 18 for the tour of Hungary at the end of the week. The Blues will fly out to Budapest on Thursday and play Újpest a day later (KO 8pm) before travelling to Miskolc to take on Diósgyõri on Sunday (KO 5pm). |

Town suffered their first defeat of the pre-season campaign as Rangers came away from Portman Road with a 2-0 win. Peter Lovenkrands opened the scoring in the 54th minute and Nacho Novo sealed the win two minutes from the end. |

A new defender is Joe Royle's next target after completing the signings of strikers Nicky Forster and Sam Parkin in the last couple of days. Royle has been after a new left-back for a year now but is still looking for a permanent left-sided defender. |
